Minister Stubb to the Meeting of the Nordic Ministers for Cooperation

Minister for Nordic Cooperation Alexander Stubb will participate in the first Meeting of the Nordic Ministers for Cooperation held under Icelandic Presidency in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 6 February.

In the meeting, the ministers will prepare the budget for 2015 and discuss for the first time the priority areas of Denmark, the holder of the presidency next year. Other topics on the agenda will include the annual reports of the international operations conducted by the Council of Ministers, sustainable development, and cooperation among children and young people.

In their meeting, the Ministers will also adopt the vision statement concerning Nordic cooperation, highlighting the focus areas for cooperation in the near future.
